The third instalment of the Hibiki Blossom Harmony limited edition looks to build on the successes of the previous two years’ bottles with delicious, elegant notes delivered in the smoothest possible manner, as we have come to expect from Hibiki whisky.

Over the decades, Suntory’s most popular brand of blended whisky has picked up a plethora of awards at international spirits competitions around the world, even winning the most prestigious accolades on a number of occasions. The expressions are some of the very best you’ll find on the market today and the aromas and flavours inside each bottle work together in harmonious fashion to create a drinking experience that is not easily forgotten. 

The Hibiki Blossom Harmony 2021 and 2022 brought more of the same well-balanced, perfectly crafted whisky, but with a twist – the blenders at Suntory gave Hibiki liquid a Sakura cask finish, allowing us to explore their fine craftsmanship from a completely new angle. 

For the new 2023 release, they have taken the same approach and, as expected, it’s smooth, gentle and moreish, with the fragrant floral tones, acacia honey, sakura mochi and the famous creaminess of Hibiki whisky, resulting in a unique, memorable drinking experience.
