Girvan is the distillery that, in the Scottish Lowlands, produces the grain whisky needed for the recipe of the Grant's group blended whiskies. Finding a Girvan bottled as Single Grain is therefore very rare, but thanks to a selection by Luca Gargano and the Italian collector Giuseppe Begnoni, a single barrel containing whisky distilled in 1977 was bottled.

A unique example, bottled after 41 years of patient aging, and of which there are only 412 bottles.
